*W. Frank Koster has been named as CIO of Dwight Asset Management, effective June 15. Prior to joining Dwight, Koster was senior portfolio manager and co-head of taxable fixed-income at Wells Capital Management. *Jean-Francois Courville has been appointed CEO at MFC Global Investment Management (MFC GIM), where he will be responsible for the firm's businesses in North America, Europe and Asia.
