Skolnik Named President at Comerica

David Skolnik has been appointed president for Comerica Management Group, the wealth management and institutional arm of Comerica Incorporated.

Skolnik joined Comerica in 2004 and most recently served as executive VP and regional managing director for the firm’s wealth and institutional management division. In his new role, he will oversee Comerica Asset Management, World Asset Management and Wilson Kemp. His responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance distribution of the firm’s investment and asset management capabilities.

As of June 30, 2009, Comerica reported $63.6 billion assets.
